The appointee will be part of the team from Singapore Polytechnic’s Industry & Partnership’s Department. He/she will support programmes and initiatives for the Internship and Alumni portfolio, as well as coordinate engagements and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on operations and delivery of projects.

**_Responsibilities:

- Liaise and coordinate with various committees and schools on internship and alumni engagements
- Be responsible for key internship/alumni operations, such as:

- Secretariat duties
- Oversee enquiries from both internal/external stakeholders
- Data maintenance / analysis
- Web master, social media campaigns
- Assist in organising and coordinating events, including procurement

**_Requirements:

- _**
- 2 - 4 years of work experience
- Tertiary education preferably in Business/Marketing, Events Management, or IT
- Proficiency with MS Office / Digital content at an intermediate level, in particular
- Excel Data Analysis and Automation;
- Graphic Design and Digital Content Creation Artwork, eg. Canva/Adobe Suite; and
- Proficiency in Data Visualization and Workflow Automation for Design would be a bonus.
- Responsible, meticulous and highly organised individual with the ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
- Possess strong interpersonal, written and communication skills, with good analytical and problem solving skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently
