Singapore Integral Ad Science Full time

Integral Ad Science is seeking to hire an** Associate Accounts Receivable Analyst (Collections)** with industry experience, to join its APAC Finance team. The accounts receivable team works on an on-going basis with their increasing list of APAC and International customer accounts, ensuring collections are made and queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently. This role would suit someone who has had **up to 2 years' experience **within a finance/accounting department and who would like to grow and develop their finance career as part of an established team.

**What you will do**
- Ensuring customers adhere to their payment terms
- Sending Statements of accounts to customers
- Sending dunning letters to customers and ensuring these are followed up on
- Conducting weekly meetings with the Internal Team to discuss portfolio updates and suspension of service for certain customers
- Requesting remittance advice and allocating outstanding payments for ANZ Region
- Building on-going relationships with the Sales & Billing team
- Ensuring queries are resolved in a timely manner according to the SLA in place using Salesforce
- Ensuring queries are not only resolved but also fixed in all systems used
- Working within the accounts receivable team to ensure company targets are met
- Ensuring regional quarterly targets are met
- Full ownership of the accounts receivable role for ANZ Region
- Checking billing data for new and existing clients
- Ensuring internal/external customer support excellence
- Escalations to the Finance Manager
- Working autonomously in handling assigned portfolio
- Collaborating effectively and supporting other team members
- Any other related ad-hoc tasks

**What you will need**
- Bachelor's degree
- **Up to 2 years in a similar role and/or new Graduates are encouraged to apply**:

- Ideally Experience working in a similar role within the digital media sector
- Willingness to learn and adaptable to fast changing environment
- Problem solving skills
- Good numeracy skills
- Good communication skills
- Able to build internal as well as external relationships
- A determined & driven self-starter able to meet deadlines
- Able to take initiative
- Able to see tasks through to completion
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent work ethics & integrity
- Good Excel skills (Intermediate to advanced)
- Fluency in English is essential
