General Manager - The trainee will oversees team members in a certain department to ensure it's performin+A4:D4g effectively. Their main duties include hiring and training employees, creating and implementing business strategies and delegating tasks to team members.
Roles and Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
1.Planning, directing and coordinating the general functioning of an enterprise or organisation.
2. Determining objectives, strategies, policies and programmes for the enterprise or organisation.
3. Providing overall leadership and management to the enterprise or organisation.
4. Establishing and managing budgets, controlling expenditure and ensuring the efficient use of resources.
5. Authorising material, human and financial resources to implement organisational policies and programmes.
6. Monitoring and evaluating performance of the organisation or enterprise against established objectives and policies.
7. Consulting with senior subordinate staff and reviewing recommendations and reports.
8. Representing the organisation at official occasions and board meetings, in negotiations, at conventions, seminars, public hearings and forums.
9. Ensuring the organisation complies with relevant legislation and regulations.
