**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a creative and self-driven
**Content Producer / Videographer** to lead full-cycle production for our clients, from concept to shoot to edit. You’ll work across exciting industries like f&b, beauty, retail, and ecommerce, producing native-first video and photo content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

If you have a strong visual eye, love storytelling, and can shoot and edit with mínimal oversight, we’d love to meet you.

**What You’ll Do**:
**Full Production Ownership**
- Lead end-to-end content creation: Pre-production, shooting, post-production
- Develop and execute creative briefs with strong storytelling and visual impact
- Plan and direct shoots — both independently and with crew support
- Deliver social-native video and photo content that’s modern, fast-paced, and on-brand

**Post-Production**
- Edit short-form content with a strong grasp of pacing, hook, and brand tone
- Add subtitles, transitions, light motion graphics, and overlays

**Platform Relevance**
- Create native-first content tailored for IG Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
- Stay on top of digital trends and emerging content formats
- Deliver clean exports for multiple platforms and aspect ratios

**Creative Systems & Content Ops**
- Build repeatable content templates (e.g. product highlights, testimonials, BTS)
- Maintain and organise a growing content library across client categories
- Conduct weekly creative research and propose trend-based content ideas

**Cross-Functional Creative Support**
- Support internal brand content when needed (e.g. studio shoots, UGC, BTS)
- Document key moments and help capture our journey through content

**Mentorship & Scaling Support**
- Guide junior creatives or interns during UGC shoots or edits
- Help build lightweight SOPs and templates to scale content production

**Who You Are**:

- Proven track record in content creation — ideally across **beauty, luxury, F&B, or event coverage**:

- Strong hands-on shooting skills (DSLR/camera phone)
- Confident editor — CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut
- Understands what works on social — you know how to hook an audience fast
- Comfortable both solo or working with a team
- Highly organised and responsive to feedback

Bonus if you’ve shot UGC-style content or directed shoots with talent/influencers.
