We are looking for a Lead Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join us

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with Product Owners to co-ordinate execution of EUC operations
- Co-ordinate across operations teams across different products to deliver EUC services
- Develop and co-ordinate change, release, incident and problem management processes across teams
- Co-ordinate incident response and recovery across reporting to management
- Oversee overall service delivery ensuring SLAs/KPIs are met
- Drive improvement in operational effectiveness by enhancing monitoring, automation and closing process gaps.

**Requirements**:

- Min 10 years of extensive experience managing EUC operations (endpoint mgmt. and security), preferably Entra-managed devices in large enterprises
- Familiarity with SSE and networking in large enterprises
- Experience in DevOps and SRE implementation preferred
- Must be comfortable with a 5-year Direct Contract (with perm benefits)
