**Responsibilities**
- Plan and liaise with operation supervisor to carry out preventive maintenance program to achieve 100% completion on schedule.
- Maintain/improve/upgrade production equipment to minimize unplanned down time.
- Troubleshooting Electrical and Control circuit system.
- Plan and liaise with local and oversea OEM on machine maintenance servicing.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors works onsite to ensure compliance to safety guidelines and job specification.
- Ensure timely completion, safety and quality standards of project works.
- Manage equipment spare part lists and ensure critical spares are available at all time.
- Plan and implement cost saving initiative.
- Attend to equipment breakdown, review and define the repair procedure with technicians and operation.
- Provide training and briefing to technicians if required.
- Respond to emergency call back on equipment breakdown.
- Support and participate in CORE initiatives (e.g. TPM, 6’S’, VSM, DIVE, etc.).
**Requirements**:

- Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or any other related Engineering field.
- Preferably 5 years of relevant sourcing experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Knowledge on control system, PLC, vacuum system is preferred.
- Background in Continuous Improvements and related aviation MRO experience would be an asset.
- Effective communications, strong presentation and organizational skills to work in cross-functional/international business environment to drive supplier performance reviews and improvements.
- Ability to prioritize appropriately to meet customers’ and company’s needs.
- Strong analytical skills that drive creative problem-solving, proposal preparation and negotiation.
