**about the scope**
In this role, you will be responsible for the optimization, design, and planning of radio access networks. As a RAN Optimization and Planning Engineer, you will work with our internal stakeholders and teams to ensure that their networks are optimized for performance, reliability, and quality.
- Analyze and optimize RAN performance to ensure the excellent user experience and network efficiency.
- Optimize and analyze radio network performance, including site configuration, parameter optimization, and network parameter analysis.
- Ensure network coverage, quality, and capacity targets are met and maintained.
- Conduct site surveys and network audits to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Assess network performance and identify optimization opportunities by conducting drive tests and network measurements.
- Analyze traffic patterns and trends to identify network capacity requirements and optimize network utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Core Network, Transmission, and Operations to ensure network performance and availability.
- Plan, designed, and optimize RAN solutions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Provide technical support to clients and vendors during the project life cycle.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in RAN optimization and planning.
- Ensure compliance with network standards and requirements
**skill & experience require**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in RAN optimization and planning or similar roles.
- Solid understanding of RAN technologies such as LTE, 5G, and Wi-Fi.
