Singapore Apex Harmony Lodge Full time

Primary role is to co-lead and provide fun and fit ( F&F ) exercises for PWD at the Lodge in collaboration with other members of the health care team and under the guidance of Physiotherapist to improve their health and wellness. Secondary role is to lead, promote and implement health, safety and security policies, procedures and guidelines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Co-develop and implement innovative F & F exercise programmes in and outside the Lodge to assist PWDs in achieving desired fitness and well-being outcomes.
- Provides direct care to PWD assisting them in consultation with physiotherapist and other health care professionals based on Person-centred care
- Explore technology to enhance F&F
- Maintain equipment for safety and efficiency
- Coordinate and implement Workplace Safety and Health procedures and coordinate necessary training
- Ensure compliance with, including site audit, Workplace Safety and Health regulations, and other applicable statutory requirements, and in-house safety rules and regulations
- Identify, assess and conduct risk assessment for work activities and make relevant recommendations
- Lead fire safety effort in the Lodge, including planning, organizing and conducting of fire safety programs and exercises such as fire evacuation drills, organize training, formulation of Emergency Response Plan (ERP), identify and resolve fire safety issues, and educate occupants on fire prevention and promote fire safety awareness.
- Lead the Lodge’s security access controls and handle security incidents; and review and monitor all security systems and equipment are functioning

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sports and Exercise Sciences or relevant qualifications from a recognised university or polytechnic, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in geriatric care, safety and security will be an advantage.
- Good communication, team work, and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $3,500.00 per month
