This position is a Full-Time role and shall be based in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide IT systems support and maintenance. Deploy, configure and maintain IT infrastructure systems based on Company’s requirements.
- Collaborate with other internal team members and project stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of
- systems, deployment and onboarding of devices, and implementation of security policies where required.
- Provide System Administration support to manage and maintain servers, storage, virtualization, and network infrastructure including monitoring system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular system updates and patches.
- Propose, implement and maintain security measures to protect data and systems from threats and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices (e.g., ISO 27001 etc.).
- Develop and maintain DLP, backup and disaster recovery plans and procedures, conduct regular testing of backups and recovery processes whenever required or as scheduled.
- Maintain and update comprehensive documentation of system configurations and procedures.
- Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and improvements whenever required and propose improvements and preventions.
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of IT processes. Introduce solutions to streamline and increase efficiency of in-house IT processes and where required, implement automation scripts and tools to improve system efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux servers, workstations, switches, routers, access points and end-user devices.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Strong knowledge of systems networking principles and protocols.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.

**Education & Experience**:

- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems engineering and administration.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
