**About the role - you will**:
We are looking for an accomplished Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team as part of our Singapore recruiting team.
Reporting to the Singapore Recruiting Country Lead, you will be responsible for recruitment of Executive roles mainly in Singapore, and Southeast Asia as needed. You will work closely with country-based Talent Acquisition and HR teams for activities for Recruitment & Selection, Talent and Market mapping, and Onboarding. You will also be responsible for accurate HR metrics reporting and leverage our global tools and best practices.

**About you**:
- Partner closely with recruiting and hiring teams to understand hiring needs and develop, build and execute sourcing strategy.
- Build talent pipelines and maintain network of prospects through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management and sourcing campaigns.
- Use your knowledge and market intel to conduct talent mapping research to analyze talent trends and availability and develop effective sourcing strategies to help us scale our business globally.
- Help build best-in-class, scalable sourcing practices by setting up new search processes, coaching sourcing and recruitment colleagues, and implementing new tools.
- Work with TA and hiring teams to develop new strategies for engaging talent through outbound sourcing, networking events, and referrals while keeping diversity top of mind.
- Support employer branding initiatives (e.g. social media recruitment campaigns, events, content creation, etc ), by working closely together with our recruiters and employer branding teams.
**Your experience includes**:
- You have a genuine interest in recruitment and are passionate about talent sourcing.
- You have at least 8 years’ experience and a proven track record of successfully sourcing for roles across engineering, manufacturing, and technology - preferably in a high-tech industry
- You have advanced sourcing skills and experience that go beyond LinkedIn Recruiter and encompasses various techniques and social media platforms
- You have regional sourcing experiences preferably in South East Asia markets
- You are highly organized with the ability to balance workload and manage competing priorities
- You are data-driven and make evidence-based decisions by running reports and building dashboards that influence change
- You think about the big picture but know how to take a concept through to operational execution, and continuously optimize processes / tools to improve performance
- You advocate for diverse talent and help influence equitable hiring decisions that helps teams scale in an inclusive manner
