**Job Description**:
We’re looking for a **Data Research Associate** to join Procore’s Revenue org. In this role, you’ll work directly with Sales Leadership and help manage regional data needs.

This position will report to Regional Operations Director, APAC, and the role will be based out of Singapore. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

**What you’ll do**:

- Enrichment and re-enrichment of accounts with firmographic and contacts via web research and phone confirmation
- Merging accounts
- Setting up and maintaining hierarchies
- Assigning territories & accounts
- Advocating/supporting enablement with SDRs maintaining assigned accounts following the Accounts & Contacts Best Practices
- Work directly with Revenue Ops and Data teams to establish two-way feedback to improve data, including data processes, quality, and acquisition across the region.
- Local support for various data needs
- Support identification of local data sources
- Provide recommendations on BPO/ enhancement prioritization

**What we’re looking for**:

- Multilingual, English Speaking
- BA/BSA
- Experience in SaaS
- Experience working in Salesforce
- At least one year of professional working experience
- Desire to work in a collaborative environment
- Self-aware, reflective, and able to digest feedback critically and adapt
- Looking for detail-oriented self-starters who are excited to dive in and solve problems
- Strong oral and written communication skills
