We are seeking an Intern to join us as soon as possible for 6 months FTC to join the Asia Pacific Marketing and Communications team based in Singapore.
The primary responsibility is to work closely with the Asia wholesale team to understand their business requirements and contribute to executing channel and product marketing efforts to support business growth in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia. In addition, you will provide Marketing and Communications support to the broader APAC Institutional Sales.
**How you'll spend your time....**
Presentation Materials
- Create and /or update presentation materials for distribution in Asia Pacific by working closely with presentation teams in both US and London
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflow and improve efficiency
Content
- Create engaging and informative content for the website, social media, and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage
- Drive and project manage the end-to-end production process for all below-the-line marketing materials
- Leverage existing content to Asia Pacific clients’ needs - including proof-reading of all Chinese translation on various marketing collaterals such as factsheets, commentaries, thought leadership, Insights, brochures, placemat, posters and digital content (website, eDM, third party webpages)
- Produce monthly highlights by curating existing content and sending out to regular salesforce lists using Marketing Cloud
- Support development and planning of marketing campaigns (product/brand) to promote the business and generate genuine traffic (both offline and online)
Brand
- Manage and coordinate Columbia Threadneedle’s regional/local events and 3rd-party sponsorship events to build and raise our brand profile
- Coordinate with conference organizers for the submission of marketing materials, including awards submission
- Track, analyse, and report on the impact of all activities
- Evaluate competitors and compile/share industry trends
Corporate Premiums
- Manage inventory of corporate gifts for the different countries/channels
- Identify suitable and creative corporate premiums that best reflect the quality of our brand
**Essential**:
- University degree or equivalent work experience
- Fluency (spoken and written) in English, Mandarin (Simplified mínimally), any other languages will be an advantage
- Strong ability to multi-task, project manage and work efficiently under pressure/deadlines
- Strong proof-reading skills
- Good organizational skills and an eye for detail
- Innovative, curious and creative
