Roles & Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Site Engineer, MEP to support site construction on behalf of our client. This individual should expect to work predominantly in site environment supporting our client's project.

Duration: 12-16 months Contract_**

**Your day to day role would involve the following activities**:

- Experience across a broad range of design and construction engineering competencies; experience in industrial buildings (Pharmaceutical, Food or Energy projects) would be an advantage
- Coordination with other PM Group offices such as Ireland to understand the scope of work, deliverables, time lines, man hours etc.
- Strong communication and people skills to interact and manage client, vendors and contractors; expectations and responsibilities
- Progress reporting and manhour control for the civil & structural Scope.
- Manage the progress of installation/construction activities across HVAC, BMS, Piping, other MEP systems
Experience with construction**
- A strong ethical approach to safety, quality, environmental protection and business
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- A proven track record working closely in partnership with clients and contractors and other members of design teams
- A proactive approach with an ability to adapt to changing scenarios
- Min Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
- Have successfully delivered an industrial project in a supervisory/ project lead role
- Min 8 years of relevant working experience in loop check, read drawings in building construction industry.
- Good knowledge of MEP specifications & requirements
- Be able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
