**Position Overview**:

- The Regulatory, Quality and Scientific Development Team has a business enabling function and must support other departments of the Kevin Murphy Group and Eleven Australia with solutions and possibilities allowing compliant operation and sale._
- The regulatory specialist will be key for registrations and intelligence needed to place compliant products on the market. Sharing of needed regulatory information to distributors where required to enable distributors the needed knowledge to support the sales in their market._
- As a member of the Regulatory team the handling of day-to-day business is part of securing a well-functioning regulatory team supporting the Kevin Murphy Group and Eleven Australia sometimes across the different areas covered by the entire team._
- Success criteria: Making sure that all new products across and formula updates Kevin Murphy Group and Eleven Australia are registered where needed in a timely manner. Close contact with strategic distributors can be needed making sure that required documentation is shared._

**Top 5 Priorities for Success in this Role**

**1. Responsible for overseeing and tracking global submissions and notifications for new and existing products covered by the Kevin Murphy Group and Eleven Australia for which the Regulatory team is responsible for.**

**2. Act as the first point of contact for distributors with regulatory related requests. Collaborate closely with distributors to support product registration and importation with a compliant documentation package on their respective markets.**

**3. Reporting regulatory Intelligence from a global perspective to the Head of Regulatory**

**4. Report regulatory (and compliance) deviations to the Head of Regulatory**

**5. Carry out other regulatory related tasks as instructed by the Head of Regulatory**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- _Making sure that registrations and notifications are up to date._
- _Collaborating with distributors to enable registration / import of KM products in their markets._
- _Performing weekly/monthly regulatory intelligence across the current and new strategic markets_
- _Take part in building and maintaining a global registration/notification overview_
- _Review of regulatory documents and documentation_
- **Education and Experience**:_
- **Singapore National or (P.R. certified)**_
- Good understanding of the Regulatory discipline and strategies throughout Asia, with specific focus on China._

MS_Office Package including databases (Access and ERP), ASANA_
- Associate Degree/Lab Technician/Bachelor’s Degree within a field of natural sciences_
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin_
- **Previous Haircare/ Beautycare/Wellness/ Manufacturing industry experience**_
- 3-5 Years experience in a similar role_
