We are seeking a talented Digital Creative Intern to join our team and deliver high-impact visual content for our clients’ social media and marketing campaigns.

As a Digital Creative Intern, you’ll work closely with our creative team lead to produce professional-grade graphic designs and videos. This fully remote role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, with the potential to transition to a full-time position based on performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Video Production and Editing:

- Produce and edit short-form social media videos (15-60 seconds) and promotional content using Adobe After Effects, CapCut and Premiere Pro (or equivalent).
- Create motion graphics and infographic-style videos with a focus on storytelling and engagement.
- Complete 2-3 video projects per week, meeting tight deadlines (e.g., 24-48 hours for social media content).

2. Graphic Design:

- Create visually compelling graphics for social media (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and print materials (e.g., brochures, posters) using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Perform photo editing, including retouching, colour correction, and compositing.
- Deliver 3-5 high-quality designs per day, adhering to brand guidelines and client briefs.

3. Creative Collaboration and Project Management
- Collaborate with the team lead to brainstorm creative concepts and refine deliverables based on feedback.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:
1. Technical Skills:

- Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro (or equivalent professional tools). Basic tools like Canva or CapCut are insufficient.
- Experience creating graphics and videos tailored to social media platforms (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn).

2. Portfolio:
A strong portfolio showcasing at least 3-5 recent projects, including:

- Social media graphics (e.g., carousel posts, ad banners).
- Edited videos (e.g., promotional or infographic-style content).
- Examples of photo editing or motion graphics.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating polished, brand-aligned content.
- Ability to adapt to feedback and iterate quickly on designs/videos.
- Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration via tools like Google Meets.

**Location**: This is a fully remote position; however, you must be based in Singapore and able to work independently and collaboratively in a digital environment.
