**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Production Planning and Scheduling**:

- Develop and implement production plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
- Monitor and adjust production timelines to optimize efficiency and resource utilization.

2. **Forecasting and Inventory Management**:

- Accurately forecast raw material requirements based on production demands.
- Oversee the procurement and inventory of raw materials to maintain seamless operations.

3. **Quality Assurance and Analytical Expertise**:

- Utilize strong knowledge of chemical processes and analytical chemistry to maintain and enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.

4. **Team Leadership and Management**:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the production team to achieve performance targets and uphold safety standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

5. **SAP and System Management**:

- Leverage SAP systems for efficient production tracking, reporting, and resource management.
- Ensure accurate data entry and usage for effective decision-making.

6. **Cross-Departmental Coordination**:

- Communicate effectively with various departments, including R&D, quality assurance, logistics, and procurement.
- Facilitate collaboration to streamline workflows and resolve production-related challenges.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**:Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- **Technical Expertise**:Strong understanding of chemical production processes and analytical chemistry principles.
- **Software Proficiency**:Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- **Organizational Skills**:Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and manage multiple priorities independently.
- **Leadership Abilities**:Proven experience in managing and leading teams in a production setting.
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
- **Problem-Solving**:Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for troubleshooting and optimizing production processes.
