Project Coordinator Drafter

Singapore MILLION SOLAR PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- To take charge and co-ordinate inbound/outbound operations
- Attending site meetings for smooth coordination
- Follow up with order & project schedule of an order.
- Coordinate with installation team.
- Coordination of deliveries on site
- Coordinate with suppliers on solar material.
- Coordinate with customers & other stakeholders on project milestones.
- Coordinate with project engineer and submission of drawing, document and BOM.
- Coordinate with LEW for work approval or structure PE for building approval.
- Visit to project job site.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Green Building & Sustainable or related engineering diploma.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in engineering field
- Computer knowledge in Auto CAD.
- Ability to communicate with clients & consultants - Willingness to learn & improve personal skills through team work
- Knowledge in basic project management e.g. preparing monthly project reports, site planning, monitoring & control processes and project risk analyses.
- Good work ethics and team player
- Knowledge in Solar system design and electrical engineering fields
