A little about me since you and I will work together: - I have 7 years of experience in the consulting, technology and operations space. - Decided to join Workmate to experience the true start-up environment - not disappointed so far Being a Platform Operations Specialist at Workmate: The Platform Operations Specialist is under the Platform Operations team, which is the team that ensures that there is a sufficient pool of qualified workers to fulfill demand on the platform. The Platform Operations Specialist supports all operational needs as required, ranging from supporting worker acquisition campaigns, supporting worker onboarding, handling worker communications and addressing worker queries. Strategically, the Platform Operations Specialist is also the voice of the workers - acting as an advocate for the workers and work with the relevant internal teams to create a superior user experience to our workers. Things you may do as a _Platform Operations Specialist_: - Design and implement worker acquisition activities, including identifying relevant acquisition channels, planning campaigns and managing cost of worker acquisition. - Support worker communications, ranging from in-app notifications to external communications via social media/ website articles. - Respond to and execute against ad hoc support queries and requests from external stakeholders, meeting organisation service SLA’s both on-site and remotely. - Troubleshoot and escalate product and technical issues as necessary, championing them through to completion. - Analyse platform usage and performance, using these insights to report on and improve product performance. - Contribute to the development, testing, and enhancement of organisation suite of platform tools. **What you can expect when working at Workmate Singapore office** - We are located at a vibrant Wework at 71 Robinson Road.
