**YOUR ROLE**
- Daily interface with local teams to identify and resolve expertise gaps, reporting to the Central Back-End Manager
- Coordinate and ensure an effective communication and interface between the Facilities Team (or Project Team) and Key stakeholders. Whenever needed escalate any necessity of support or deviation to upper management.
- Responsible to engage with all organization’s stakeholders and with the Central Team for the end-to-end planning and delivery of project deliverables, including contracting /subcontracting, design & engineering management, execution planning, cost estimating, planning & scheduling, project controls, EHS management, risks management, cost & schedule methods & data management, quality management, Projects’ highlights, lowlights, issues and progress.
- Follow-up with local facility Managers the ongoing strategic and operational plans for Facilities projects to assure on time delivery, Safe and Timely execution, within required Quality and Budget.
- Be acquainted with Company’s tools including Standard Operating Procedures, Projects Management Methodology, Company and Technical standards ; moreover track and assure deployment of such tools and methodologies at each site.
- Ensure sites alignment with applicable regulation/permitting to Facilities systems.
- Coordinate with Facility Managers to ensure Master budget update to track expenditures for capacity increase, refurbishment or renewal plans due to obsolescence. Support both during the planning and execution phases.
- Monitor and prepare summary reports in line with Project Management Company’s guidelines to support decisions. Drive implementation of Project Governance Policies.
- Facilitate sites interaction with stakeholders on risks and issues that might arise over the course of projects life cycle, facilitate mitigations and guide to set measures to correct them.
- Create and report to the Central BEM&T Senior Management on operational plan progress and status.

**YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES**
- BSc/BA degree in Project Management, Construction Management or an Engineering discipline or a relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in project execution as a Project Manager or other managerial position in Semiconductor / Oil & Gas / Manufacturing / Construction Industry.
- Project management experience in large organizations or within the Semiconductor is a plus.
- Experience in complex brownfield and greenfield construction projects.
- Strong team management skills and experience liaising with stakeholders, internal teams, authorities, contractors/subcontractors and vendors.
- Excellent Project reporting capability
- Strong working knowledge of project management tools and safety management systems and understanding of risk management methodologies.
- Understanding of building services and related works across different disciplines (i.e. Civil/ Structural/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instruments / Controls / Automation/ etc.).
- Experience managing budgets (planning & execution)
- Good negotiation and emotional intelligence skills
- Analytical mind and great organizational skill
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Project), Power BI; working knowledge of program/project management software is a strong advantage.
- Able to work by goals and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to communicate appropriately with all levels within the organization from analyst to senior leaders) as well as the ability to collaborate and build positive relationships.
- English (C1- Business fluent)
- Experience in previous Projects (esp. Semi-conductor) in APAC Region is a strong plus.
