**Job Summary**:
Reporting to Head of Group HR, the incumbent will be a HR Business Partner to SGX Group’s Equities, Global Sales & Origination (GSO), Data, Connectivity & Index (DCI), Corporate Strategy and Sustainability & Sustainable Finance (SSF) units.

This is a key position responsible for strategic HR advisory and support to the businesses. The incumbent will have close interface with employees, managers, senior management and external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and define talent strategy and change management to incorporate new trends and opportunities, in line with organizational and business strategies.
- Align organizational, workforce and business strategies with employees and managers in designated SGX units.
- Provide HR consulting and advisory to senior management, line managers on workforce planning, talent acquisition and management, succession planning, performance and rewards, learning and development, employee relations and engagement and other HR policy administration.
- Take on the role of a change agent and an employee champion to promote SGX values and behaviors and an inclusive employment culture.
- Engage employees and managers to provide coaching, counselling and advice on career and professional development, performance, health, wellbeing and grievance.
- Manage the recruitment needs and the annual HR processes including annual performance and rewards review, success planning and talent identification and development for designated SGX units.
- Drive other HR projects and initiatives which may be assigned from time to time

**Job Requirements**:

- A good business or HRM degree with at least 10 years of progressive career growth as a HR generalist with experience partnering businesses across different geographies.
- Proven track record in managing the full spectrum of HR functions and activities both at the strategic and execution levels.
- Ability to multi-task and deal with volume and complexities arising from different geographical coverage and businesses
- Proactive, independent and operate with a sense of urgency
- Strong engagement, advisory and influencing skills
- Strong sense of business acumen
- Passionate about addressing organizational and employees’ needs and issues
- Confident, articulate, collaborative and a good team player
