Procurement Specialist

We are a well-established company in the furniture industry, dedicated to providing high-quality products that combine innovation, comfort, and reliability. To support our continued growth, we are seeking a meticulous and responsible Procurement Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and integrity of our procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee inventory management to ensure sufficient stock levels for sales and operations.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including customs clearance, flight, shipping, and train arrangements.
- Monitor and track stock movements to guarantee accurate records and timely replenishment.
- Maintain up-to-date records of inventory, supplier information, and procurement data with high accuracy.
- Safeguard supplier pricing information, flagging sensitive issues to the manager when required.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement and logistics policies.
- Support the procurement team with data analysis and reporting to improve efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Visa sponsorship is not available for this role
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers)
- Prior experience in procurement, purchasing, shipping or logistic is a bonus
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Responsible, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information with integrity
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours & Benefits:

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- CPF contributions in accordance with statutory requirements

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
