**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Main Job Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Develop a long-term operational strategy which will supports the Regional Business Strategy**
- Formulate a manufacturing / product sourcing strategy.
- Develop a comprehensive supply chain strategy.
- Area competitive analysis on infrastructure, capacity, capabilities, organization, etc.
- Develop a short/long term strategy to improve bottler profitability and competitive cost and benchmark.
- Ensure product availability, service to sales.
- Structure develop and organize to meet Business needs.

**Active Involvement in the Development of an Executable AOP**
- Highlight capacity issues and provide product souring options.
- Provide input on new initiatives (product, packages) readiness for launch in areas.
- Identify center developed and approved new technologies to improve cost and competitiveness in the market.

**Transfer and Build Operating Capability**
- Deploy operation resources to build bottler making and delivery operating capability. Implement best practice tools available and provide “Train the Trainer” support to the bottling operation.

**Ensure That the Operation Meets the Minimum Mandatory**
- PCC requirements to Assure Product Integrity and Trademark Protection.
- Conduct regular audits of the operation.
- Highlight critical deviations to front-line and the bottler.
- Recommend a course of action to correct deviation.

**Job Specifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Food Science or its equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG industry at management level.
- Strong leadership skills in driving business results and developing organizational/people capability.
- Effective communication and able to think strategically.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with problem solving and critical thinking.
- Positive, Resilience and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with working under high pressure, multinational and international cultures.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks to meet business challenges.
- Team work and ability to work effectively and efficiently with teams toward common goals.
