Together with their sister company, they have a combined history of almost 50 years altogether with vast experience, priority focusing on safety and quality services.

The company has been formed to capitalize on its reputation, contacts and management experiences, and build on what is already an impressive track record in the landed housing project sector. Their projects mainly focus in Private Residential housing

**Responsibility**:

- Supervision of works and subcontractors on daily site activities
- Perform Electrical / Plumbing installation work on site
- To plan and prepare materials for site work
- Check and provide site reports
- Maintaining quality control checks by team member
- Attend daily toolbox meetings
- Perform Adhoc assignments
- Keep track of site schedule to ensure works are on time and of quality
- Compliance with safe work procedures and maintaining good house-keeping
- Assist Project Manager in material and equipment acquisition
- Monitor project costing to ensure the project is completed within budget and on time delivery

**Requirements**:

- Local experience as an Electrical / Plumber foreman in the construction industry
