- Keep abreast with latest construction knowledge, technologies and usage of assigned CAD and BIM software.
- Develop, coordinate and modify BIM models in accordance with project BIM standards and guidelines.
- Prepare shop and fabrication drawings by means of extraction from BIM models
- Prepare drawings and model files for submission approval.
- Consolidate and present extracted QTO data from BIM model.
- Work with BIM Manager and BIM Coordinator to identify and resolve clashes
- Coordinate with stakeholder on design/construction intent for translation into BIM model.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
