**Responsibilities**:

- Adhere to the sanction check requirements and ensuring that all required checks are conducted with no breach
- Working with the Head to establish best practices and processes to ensure that the team meet the company’s service standards set
- **Underwriting**:

- Prepare and update reports as and when required
- Ensure that sanction checks are conducted
- Perform LLoyd's List Intelligence for Vessels checks
- Update and maintain the records, schedules, statistics, etc.
- Stay current on market conditions and to share findings and updates with all members of the team as appropriate
- **Channel / Relationship Management / Service Standards**:

- Maintain service standards by timely response to internal team requests in addition to meeting deadlines
- **Others**:

- Ensure compliance and no breach in policies set for self and team
- Support the CEO, Head and own Team Leader in additional responsibilities assigned, as and when required
- Assist in special projects when required
- Ensure compliance to CDP hours

**Job Requirements**:

- Basic Degree/Diploma in Business or Maritime
- Some understanding of laws and legislation in relation to the marine insurance industry
- Korean language proficiency to liaise with Korean clients
