**Role Description**

As the Head of Global Supply Operations at Homage, you will establish and maintain a world-class network of Care Professionals to meet the evolving homecare demands across Singapore, Australia and Malaysia. You will shape the Supply Operations team's global strategies, targets, processes, and acquisition and engagement initiatives, managing the end to end lifecycle of the caregiving experience for Care Professionals on Homage's platform. You will drive the global supply vision and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve ambitious growth targets while maintaining a deep understanding of local market dynamics. The role will report to the Chief Product and Operating Officer overseeing global product, engineering and operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and oversee the Supply P&L to ensure acquisition and engagement goals are achieved to meet the required demand. This includes setting budgets and growth targets across the supply lifecycle and tracking and monitoring progress at a weekly, monthly and quarterly cadence
- Develop a supply strategy to optimize our Care Professional's acquisition and engagement effort across markets to achieve our targets. Have a deep understanding of the local markets and tailor strategies while maintaining a global framework, reporting cadence and best practices that can be shared across markets.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to manage cost and efficacy of supply acquisition and provide key metrics such as lead conversion rate to improve marketing efforts.
- Establish and maintain best-in-class onboarding training for Care Professionals through in-house and external partnerships to scale the quantity and quality of our Supply pool.
- Champion the voice of Care Professionals, cultivating strong relationships, addressing concerns, and actively collaborating with Homage departments including Product and Engineering to drive ongoing improvements.
- Lead and manage the Supply Operations team across three markets, orchestrating headcount planning, resource allocation, and hiring and development of talent to foster an exceptional and high-performing team.

**Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, accompanied by a minimum of 3-5 years of professional leadership experience in supply chain, supply operations, or related fields.
- People management with a size of 5+ HC and experience working in a multi-country set-up required
- Proven track record of architecting and implementing operational strategies, protocols, and frameworks for large-scale initiatives across multiple countries, ideally within a technology-driven environment.
- Proficiency in leveraging data-driven insights to facilitate informed decision-making, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- A results-driven mindset, with an ability to mobilize teams across markets to drive execution to meet objectives promptly.
- Prior exposure to customer acquisition strategies and adeptness in managing user experiences
- Additional experience within the healthcare industry is advantageous, demonstrating a well-rounded perspective on the intersection of technology and care provision.
- With above experience, we ensure that the Head of Global Supply Operations not only oversees supply strategies but also takes charge of nurturing and expanding a high-performing team across multiple markets, fostering supply growth, and driving operational excellence on a broader scale.
