**1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION**

The **Junior Associate **will join Test Factory team in Singapore. He/She will be responsible for test delivery for private banking modules ensuring timely execution of functional and automated regression tests.

The responsibilities will also include the following:

- Manual and automated test case preparation and maintenance on a regular basis
- Be able to manage automation and manual testing tasks, under supervision of local management
- Defect analysis, triage and defects tracking
- Tracking, gathering and publication of regular status reports (reporting)
- Proactively identifying and escalating risk and issues to leads, managers and stakeholders

The Junior Associate reports to the Test Manager and works in liaison with cross functional teams in IDS including Developers, PMs, BAs and other stakeholders.

**2. PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS**

LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED AND/OR DIPLOMA: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Fresh graduate

BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE: Basic knowledge in banking or wealth management

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: Basic knowledge in any software testing tool, knowledge in MS office suite like Excel, Word and PPT

**3. RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To understand the functional requirement specifications
- Prepare high level test scenarios and test cases
- Determining the test scope for functional and regression tests based on project documentation
- Script, validate and run automated test cases
- Be able to manage automation and manual testing tasks, with mínimal supervision
- Report defects
- Tracking, gathering and publication of regular status reports (reporting)
- Proactively identifying and escalating risk and issues to leads, managers and stakeholders

**4. PROFESSIONAL SKILLS**
- Basic knowledge of software testing
- Should be comfortable to prepare test status report in Excel or Powerpoint
- People skills, especially diplomacy and advocacy skills
- Effective communication skills

- Strong ability to analyze and solve problems and/or suggest solutions
