**Assistant Supervisor / Meat Cutter**

**Responsibilities**:

- Pack raw meat and prepare for shipping
- Cutting, trimming, and preparing various cuts of meat according to customer specifications
- Ensuring all meat products meet strict quality and safety standards
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Collaborating with the team to optimize operational efficiency
- Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
- Monitor & supervise raw meat-handling workers
- Perform inventory control and stock checking
- Scheduling work shifts

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Meat Cutter or in a similar role
- Proficient in various meat cutting techniques, including boning, trimming, and portioning
- High attention to detail and teamwork skills with a proactive and positive attitude
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and manufacturing software
