Job summary

Data Center Services Procurement supports Data Center Global Services in obtaining the best services at the lowest costs, and manages the full “Supplier Lifecycle” including Strategic Sourcing and Intake, Onboarding, Solicitations, Spending and Transaction Policy (S&TP) Compliance, Contract management, Supplier Development, and portions of requisitioning and payment operations. We are seeking a Procurement professional to support the Asia Pacific data center construction space supporting various categories.

Key job responsibilities

**Responsibilities Include but are not limited to**:

- Independently and cross-functionally deliver on projects/goals
- Manage assigned supplier onboarding and qualification processes
- Manage assigned tender events, and related follow-on contract generation supporting the Category Manager.
- Manage post contract metrics and audit process to ensure payments are done for work awarded.
- Identify dashboard requirements for metrics reporting and identify opportunities for process improvement and develop training documentation
- Monitor and manage purchase requisition process using information provided by business owners and suppliers.

- Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management or Finance
- Knowledge of software tools used in procurement, demonstrated success in a metrics-oriented environment and an ability to create, track, analyze and report out on metrics
- Experience as purchaser, buyer, or other operational role within a procurement organization
- Meets/Exceeds functional/technical depth and complexity for this role
