**Monthly Salary**:Up to $4,700

**Transport Allowance**:SGD 200/month

**Position Summary**

**_QC Technician 4 is responsible for executing and guiding quality control (QC) activities in compliance with cGMP, quality, and safety requirements. The role includes analytical, molecular, and biochemical testing, equipment maintenance, leading incident investigations, training of junior staff, and supporting engineering studies. The technician will play a key role in ensuring product quality and team performance _**.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Operational & Technical**
- Perform and guide analytical testing (e.g., U/HPLC, ICS, UV/Vis Spectrophotometer, LC-MS).
- Prepare reagents and test samples following Work Instructions (WIs).
- Generate and analyze test results (e.g., Chromatograms), ensuring data accuracy.
- Conduct sample collection and testing for intermediate and final products.
- Maintain lab equipment, perform peer verifications, and carry out troubleshooting for test failures (OOS).Use and guide others in LIMS, MES, ERP, and inventory systems.

**Leadership & Mentoring**
- Lead a small team in shift operations and troubleshooting.
- Act as a primary reviewer of batch records for product release.
- Train and guide Reagent QC Technicians 1-3 on QC tasks and procedures.Responsible for training progress and certification rate of new technicians.

**Process Improvement & Compliance**
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality and efficiency.
- Participate in non-production activities (e.g., validation runs, NCR investigations).
- Support and report incident investigations with summary documentation.
- Maintain good documentation practices (GDP) and ensure adherence to ISO 13485, MDSAP, and GMP standards.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Process Technology, or related fields with 4+ years of relevant experience
- 1+ years hands-on experience with lab instruments: U/HPLC, ICS, UV/Vis, LC-MS
- Strong micro-pipetting techniques (including reverse pipetting).
- Familiarity with reagent and enzyme handling.
- Experience in Chromatogram analysis preferred.
- Knowledge of NGS, molecular biology techniques, and oligo/standard preparation.
- Exposure to ISO 13485, MDSAP, GMP environments.
- Experience using LIMS, MES, ERP.
- Prior experience as a trainer or line/team leader (1-2 years preferred).
