**Responsibilities**

**MRO Operation Support**
- Design and create tooling drawing to support MRO activities. Tooling includes assembly jigs, ground support equipment, shop tooling aids, machining fixtures, handling tools, etc.
- Create drawing and guidelines for tooling set-up and utilization.
- Liaise with internal and external machining facilities for tooling fabrication.
- Engage and coordinate with operation teams to ensure all MRO tools are well organized and good conditions. Ensure safe working practices.
- Trouble-shoot, provide engineering solutions and improvements for tooling technical problems.
- Support tooling periodical calibration for assembly jigs, load testing etc. Maintain and update calibration records.
- Support quality investigation, continuous improvement and innovation development.

**Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**
- Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Design Engineering. OR
- Diploma holder with 4-6 years working experience in Manufacturing and/or Tooling Design will be considered.

**Skills**
- Knowledge in machining and rapid prototyping would be beneficial
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, geometric dimensioning, and tolerance.
- Ability to use various measurement instruments.
- Use of laser trackers for tooling calibration is added advantage
- Independent, self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment
- A team player with a positive attitude and keen interest to learn
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
