**Intern, Business Analyst**
**Department : Quality & Warranty (BP60230)**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Work with all relevant parties/stakeholders to collate business requirement; Undertake and initiate any data analytics requests as directed by management.
- Review and support the users in the report enhancement.
- Plan, Design & Implement various Service Business Analyst Tools by utilizing related technology including AI/Machine Learning, to provide best in class business intelligence opportunity internally, be able to perform business both from pro-active way and re-active way.
- Secure UDIS Uptime & Retail internal awareness & competence to make best use of Business Analytic Tools.

**Minimum qualifications**
- University Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Ability to clean and analyses huge datasets using advance data management and analytics tools (e.g. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Tableau, Qlik Sense etc)
- Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Oracle, R, MATLAB, and Python is a merit Demonstration of commitment and enthusiasm**About UD Trucks**
