**Job Descriptions**
- Overall in charge of the project
- Oversee site works and activities, provide overall leadership to the project team(s).
- Actively involved in tendering by working closely with COM department
- Work with PM to plan construction method, sequence, temporary facilities, manpower, plants and machinery to formulate Project Construction Methodology for the entire project
- Work with PM and CTD to finalise the construction budget for approval by Top Management.
- Review Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure all works carried out according to Project Quality Plan (PQP).
- Work with PM to set KPI for the staff and ensure project team meets project KPIs.
- Ensure monthly progress report is prepared on timely manner.
- Main driver in leading WSHE, quality, cost and time. To ensure WSHE standards is always upheld on site, excellent quality standard is achieved, the project is completed on time and within the approved construction budget.
- Review and implement value engineering and cost-saving proposals.
- Authorisation of site purchase and rental (DOA).
- Attending all meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Conduct joint site inspections with PM and site team to improve work efficiency and attest any weak work practices.
- Ensure site team comply with client & regulatory requirements.
- Covering of Project Manager’s responsibilities in the absence of Project Manager.
- Ensure the project team maintains proper records / information to substantiate all variation orders and or Extension of Time claims and submissions.
- Ensure cohesiveness of staff and maintain team spirit.
- To ensure that a Project BIM Execution Plan is formulated in accordance to Corporate BIM Execution Plan and monitor the implementation.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
- Able to handle large and complex projects or able to oversee multiple projects.
- Strong familiarity with authority submissions and regulatory requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience with proven track record in construction projects. Experienced in HDB projects is a plus.
- Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of BIM.
