**Salary**:$5000 - $6500 Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, CIVIL Construction Management
- Minimum 7 years in Civil and/or LTA projects experience will be an advantage
- Must have experience in underground MRT project

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform Quantity take-off
- Conduct Request for Quotation (RFQ) and perform cost comparison
- Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors’ progress payment and VOs, valuing completed work, cost benefit analysis
- Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manner
- Other duties as assigned
