**B. Roles and Responsibilities**
- Understand digital media design principles, UX and UI and brainstorm with designers on the best practices and approach to create engaging HTML experience across all devices
- Develop website using standard HTML/CSS and JS/jQuery practices on Bootstrap framework
- Recommend, implement and manage CMS-based website such as WordPress
- Diagnose, debug, troubleshoot, and fix the configuration and integration issues while working in tandem with internal technical team and external media agencies
- Fully test and QC all work to ensure it is suitably prepared for presentation by the project manager to client
- Make sure that all work produced is to a high standard and within brand guidelines and specifications

**C. Qualification and Experience**
- Two or more years of proven hands-on experience in front end (HTML) web development
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or equivalent
- Certification in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a bonus

**D. Knowledge, Skills and Attributes**
- Willing to put forward ideas and have a keen eye for details
- A natural inclination for a mobile-first approach
- Proven experience in CSS/(X)HTML: HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, CSS media queries, Javascript, jQuery, professional-level hand coded HTML and CSS skills, along with the ability to hand code from Photoshop mock-ups
- Knowledge of JavaScript and an understanding of popular libraries and frameworks
- Proficiency in developing websites using CMS (Wordpress, Joomla) and responsive cross-platform HTML pages
- Working knowledge of CSS framework such as Bootstrap and Foundation
- Experience in placing proper meta tags in HTML for SEO
- Basic knowledge of PHP and MySQL database is a plus
