Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Manage and oversee the workflow within the investment department, ensuring smooth operations and effective trading execution.
- Address and resolve trading-related issues promptly.
- Ensure portfolio managers and the team adhere to risk management policies and address any risk-related concerns.
- Manage assigned portfolios, conducting independent research on economic and market trends to consistently outperform benchmarks.
- Inspire and lead the team in conducting research that optimizes our analytics framework.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.Write comprehensive research reports and journals for various portfolios in Chinese

**Requirements**:

- Strong financial acumen, exceptional analytical, strategic and critical thinking skills.
- Proven leader capable of motivating the team and driving excellence.
- Adept in risk management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
