**Project description**:
For one of the largest banks we are looking for Senior Team member to help the bank to implement new technologies and speed up the delivery on various projects.

**Responsibilities**:
Gather and Analyse business requirements from stakeholders

Collaborate effectively with stakeholders ensuring alignment between business and IT.

Translating business needs to functional requirements and ensuring smooth project delivery

Utilizing data analysis techniques to derive meaningful insights

Identifying process improvement opportunities

Staying updated with the market trends and developments in Capital Markets domain.

**Skills**:
Must have

8+ years of experience in the Functional business analysis or systems analysis in the Capital Market industry.

Excellent knowledge on business functions, process flows and data flows of any banking product.

Strong understanding of the data governance in the Capital Markets / Markets Risk domain etc.

Proven ability to consult with business and users to solve complex system issues and translate business needs into comprehensive functional requirements for the IT teams

Strong understanding of the functional architectures in the BFSI domain.

Knowledge of/Experience in basic UI Wireframing

Good to have general knowledge on Data querying (like SQL) and analysis

Good to have general knowledge on Programming
