We are seeking a driven and experienced individual to join us as a co-founder for our restaurant and commercial renovation company. As a co-founder, you will play a pivotal role in leading the growth and development of the business, overseeing renovation projects, and building strong client relationships.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Strategic Planning**: Collaborate with other co-founders to develop the company's vision, mission, and strategic goals. Define the company's target market, positioning, and competitive advantage.

2. **Business Development**: Identify and pursue opportunities to secure renovation projects for restaurants, cafes, bars, and other commercial spaces. Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors.

3. **Project Management**: Oversee all aspects of renovation projects, from initial planning and design to execution and completion. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

4. **Team Leadership**: Recruit, train, and manage a team of skilled professionals, including project managers, architects, designers, and contractors. Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.

5. **Client Communication**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the renovation process. Provide regular updates, address any concerns or issues, and ensure client satisfaction.

6. **Budgeting and Financial Management**: Develop project budgets and monitor expenses to ensure profitability. Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and subcontractors. Implement cost-saving measures and maximize efficiency.

7. **Quality Control**: Maintain strict quality control standards to deliver exceptional results on every project. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.

8. **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure all renovation projects adhere to safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards. Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize risks and maintain a safe working environment.

9. **Market Research and Innovation**: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in restaurant and commercial renovation. Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation to stay ahead of the competition.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in the construction or renovation industry, with a focus on restaurant and commercial projects.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and partners.
- Sound business acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial management, and business development.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field preferred.
