Banquet Captain

Join us as a Banquet Captain today as you take on the following responsibilities:

- Ensure all banquet functions are setup and in progress according to event organizers’ requirements as well as perform staff supervision and allocation of work assignments during banquet/ event functions.
- Work closely with necessary departments to ensure that event organizers’ request are communicated for necessary actions.
- Address queries and resolve any irregularities that happen during the event/ banquet functions, extend wholehearted friendliness to guests and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
- Seek opportunities to enhance the banquet/ event experience of our guests with personalized touches.
- Maintain accurate inventory and proper maintenance of all banquet operating equipment.
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar capacity is required. Individual should be able to work independently in a fast paced environment, willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays in a 5-day work week

**Applicable for non-work pass holders**

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
