Crewing Executive

**Responsibilities**
- The duties and responsibilities of the Crewing Executive include crew recruitment, planning, mob/demob, certification verification and any other crew matters.
- Sourcing for new seafarer and arranging for interview of senior officers with the respective department heads.
- Contacting ex‐seafarer for redeployment. Checking seafarers certificates, including arrangement for medical check‐up as per Charterers requirement.
- Maintaining up‐to‐date seafarers personnel file and monitoring seafarers certificates and documents expiry.
- Updating crew planning/rotation list and crew list and ensure that the crew change is carried out promptly and in an effective and cost‐effective manner.
- Extension of crews entry pass and ships landing pass with Singapore Immigration authority.
- Declaration of immigration clearances and outward port clearance and Update of crew article, including sign on/off via MPA Marinet.
- Application of visa, where required and updating of crews personal records and certification in the crew management system.
**Requirements**:
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum GCE O level or marine related trade certificates and 3 years experience in crew management will be added advantage. Preferable working in offshore or marine related industry.
- Ability to learn fast, meticulous, and able to work overtime when required.
- Mature and able to work independently. Good personal relationship and integrity. Team player with good organisational skill.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all different nationalities of all ranks
- Proficient with MS Office program ‐ Word, Excel.
