We are seeking a detail-oriented **Quantity Surveyor** to manage project costs, ensure compliance with industry standards, and support the successful delivery of construction projects. This role is ideal for professionals with strong cost management skills and knowledge of construction materials and contracts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports for construction projects.
- Administer contracts, ensuring compliance with terms, handling variations, and resolving disputes.
- Source and procure materials, negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors for best value.
- Monitor project progress, track costs, and report financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams for seamless project execution.
- Perform post-project cost analysis and final performance reviews.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in **Quantity Surveying**, **Construction Management**, **Civil Engineering**, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in construction cost management is preferred.
- **Certifications**: Professional certification (e.g., **RICS**, **AIQS**) is a plus.
- Proficiency in cost estimation tools (e.g., **CostX**, **Bluebeam**) and strong knowledge of construction materials and contract standards (e.g., **FIDIC**, **NEC**).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,800.00 per month
