**What you will do**:

- Identify and optimize data analytics reporting, tools and supporting materials to enable understanding and efficiency to the demand planning team
- Identifying Demand Drivers: Analyzes various factors that affect demand, such as seasonality, economic indicators, competitor activity, and new product launches
- Leverages statistical methods and tools to create forecasts that predict future demand for products. This may involve using techniques like exponential smoothing or machine learning models
- Regularly monitors forecast accuracy and identifies areas for improvement. Refines forecasting models based on new data and market conditions
- Data Collection and Cleaning: Gathers data from various sources like sales history, point-of-sale systems, and marketing campaigns. Ensures data accuracy and cleans it for analysis
- IBP & PBI data maintenance and correct parametrization

**What you bring**:

- Experience_
- Relevant experiences as an analyst under demand, supply planning / logistics/ inventory management or related fields in mid
- to large-scale international organizations
- Strong in business analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Phyton, SQL, Excel VBA or others
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exposure to IBP and similar tools preferred
- Good understanding of forecast models and methods, supply chain processes and practices
- Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite
