- Daily & General Maintenance of Premises: Learn and perform all aspects of Building Maintenance, Pest Control, Fire Safety and daily up-keep of the premises. Work/duties includes maintaining the daily hygiene and cleanliness of the premises including the cleaning and sanitizing of the common areas, lobbies, bedrooms and bathrooms etc. Facility Management - Building/Premises Management: Learn and carry out all functions, responsibilities and documentation pertaining the efficient and effective management of the building and premises which includes a Shop-House Hotel & CoffeeShop. Documentation - Record-keeping and Accounts: Learn the various aspects of maintaining proper Records and Book Keeping, Documentation as well as the management of cash and other forms of transactions. HSE - Workplace Safety & Health: Learn and manage all aspects of good Workplace Safety & Health practices as well as to hone interpersonal & communications skills to be applied when interacting with all occupants and fellow workers in the building/premises so as to ensure good relationships in order to instil good workplace safety & health practices. Learn the various aspects of building management in the event of an epidemic or pandemic outbreak based on guidelines from SingHealth, NEA, STB and SFA.
