**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Analyzing, designing, developing, testing and maintaining the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (CS) for the campus community.
- Enhancement to existing system / new project development work,
- Maintenance of up-to-date documentation of program changes and testing procedure
- Provision of monthly work progress report records,
- Working with the other developers at the Polytechnic.
- Hands-on experience on most of the essential tools such as SQR, query, Peoplecode, SQL, Application Engine, Application Package, BI Publisher, Component interface, Integration Broker, Workflow, crystal report, nVsion, Cobol, Fluid Interface;
- Good functional knowledge in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions would be an added advantage;
- Knowledge and experience in HTML5, CSS, Javascript, Oracle and Microsoft products such as Excel, Access, etc. would be an added advantage.
- An estimate of the typical work load per staff per year is as follows:
i) The number of man-days on enhancement is about 100 man-days,

ii) the number of man-days on Helpdesk ticket assistance and troubleshooting is about 120 man-days,

iii) 20-30 man-days required for event support.
- A Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or its equivalent;
- Strong technical and analytical skills, meticulous and organized;
- Independent, good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills;
- Have positive work attitude;
- Non-smoking staff preferred.
