Including developing long-term innovation road map to ensure pipeline is well-fitted. Lead portfolio strategy and new segment opportunities to support expansion. Implement effective product launch communication plan to enable markets to meet their business top and bottom-line targets. The role is expected to work closely with global cross-functional discipline (R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, PPM) and the markets (operating countries). **The Role** Global Innovation and Portfolio Expansion - Integrate strategy, insights and business targets into actionable product briefs - Develop strategic mid-long term innovation strategy and road map to support Friso growth ambition - Identify new product opportunities through market research and competitive analysis that meet agreed upon category needs of the Brand - Recommend product extensions and new categories based on consumer/category/market trends - Monitor and provide regular updates on category and competitive activities New Product Development - Manage NPDs (from insights/concept to commercialization) for the brand to ensure timely launches of new products aligned with the brief requirements. - Collaborate with Global R&D and Nutrition team for assigned project scope during product development and validation - Work with country marketing and finance teams for business cases for the new products - Develop winning claims that countries can deploy; working closely with R&D, Regulatory Affairs and Medical teams New Product Launch Communication - Support launch campaign development & validation across multiple countries - Support the production of marketing assets (e.g.: Product story, TVC/Film, Key Visuals) - multiple versions with subtle changes per market while maintaining overall consistency - Work closely with global agency to ensure launch campaign development milestones are on track and cascade issues with solutions to higher level - Aligning broad and diverse stakeholders - Constantly update and support the global brand director to align multiple countries and the management despite different brand challenges and market development - Ensuring cross-functional team (R&D, Nutrition, Project Manager) is aligned and constantly steer their work so that output can be well integrated in the overall innovation plan - At least 15 years’ of marketing experience in CPG or Consumer Healthcare>, with experiences in both country and regional marketing, preferably in Asia / China - Strong experience in leading new product developments (NPDs) from end-to-end, including insights, product concepts, packaging design and commercialization - Strong experience in developing portfolio strategy and identifying new opportunities for brand expansion - Expertise in brand communication including digital, social and content marketing - Ability to develop sound business case and has good commercial acumen - Good project management capabilities - planning, organizing, stakeholders’ management - Ability to work in a matrix organization - to manage cross functional teams informally, with good influencing skills to sell new ideas to countries Tags global marketing manager senior brand manager
