Strategic Planning:

Work closely with other departments, including Sales, Operations, and Project Management, to ensure seamless execution of infrastructure projects. Engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure successful project delivery and support.

**Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership role overseeing diverse teams.

Extensive knowledge of:
Infrastructure Systems: Experience with system design, deployment, and management, including servers, storage, and virtualization.

Networking: Expertise in network design, implementation, and management, including protocols, security, and troubleshooting.

Project Management: Proven experience in managing infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.

Cloud Computing: Understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and services, including deployment and management of cloud resources.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a technical team, manage projects, and drive results.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.

Relevant industry certifications, such as Cisco CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or similar, are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with large-scale IT infrastructure projects, including government or enterprise environments.

Familiarity with automation and configuration management tools.

Strong background in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
