**QA Officer (Food Manufacturing Industry)**

**Job Highlights**
- 5 Day Week Location: Tai Seng MRT

**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out daily visual inspection of finished goods to ensure food safety system are in place.
- Assist in regulatory documentation checking, updating and filing into system.
- Testing of incoming raw materials and quality of finished goods to make sure it's complied with company standard.
- Enforce the practice of hygiene check to ensure hygiene and cleanliness of premises and workers are of high standard.
- Execute pest control system and liaise with external pest controller for monthly checking and servicing.
- Maintaining Food Safety Management System including FSSC22000, HACCP, GMP and Halal MUIS.
- Develops and recommends quality specifications and standards for raw materials, the production process and finished products on a continual basis.
- Conducts product shelf-life, product evaluation, environmental testing and laboratory tests on an ongoing as needed basis and records and distributes all test results in a timely and accurate manner.
- Completes product ingredient listings, nutritional panels, and reviews and verifies label compliance for regulatory review.
- Examine ingredients or finished products to ensure conformance to company standards;
- Check products and packaging for basic quality defects, Verify accuracy and completeness of data;
- Performing various in-line quality control checks;
- Take samples of products at various stages of processing;
- Conduct quality audits and assist in the development of quality management and quality assurance standards;
- Perform data entry and record keeping. Regular filing and document management;
- Provide assistance in testing and analysis of packaged food products;
- Check and monitor product quality;
- Daily review of production records, quality records and training records for accuracy;
- Operating the laboratory equipment and performing regular maintenance as required;
- Conduct routine tests for product specifications, Grade and label raw materials or finished products;
- Ensure hygiene and sanitation practices conform to policies and regulations.
- Assist sales or other departments with product specification, certification and quality related document requests
- Liaises with suppliers on calibration, scheduled service, and repairs Conduct QC inspection for customer feedbacks
