Senior Network Engineer

Singapore FOCUS COMPUTER (S) PTE LTD Full time

**Job Requirement**

a. Perform daily duty on network monitoring

b. Perform incident management and escalate incidents to level 3 team or vendors

c. Perform monthly or weekly network protection updates

d. Perform end user administration of Switches, Firewalls, Routers, IPS/IDS, Access points

e. Perform hardening of network environment

f. Perform ad-hoc administration task on network equipment

g. Monitoring and check on physical health status of network environment

**Responsibilities**:
a. Minimum at least a Diploma in Computer Science /Information Technology or equivalent

b. At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Network Administration

c. Able to Clear Security Clearance 2A (ISD)

d. Manage and Coordinate between customers and third-party vendors for fault resolution where necessary

e. Provide operation support, maintenance, and administration

f. Design network environments while following Security-By-Design Framework

g. Has basic knowledge on Windows OS, Linux

h. Has basic knowledge on Windows Certificate Authority services

i. Has basic knowledge on network monitoring protocols (SNMP) and products (Solarwinds, OpenNMS, ManageEngine, Etc)

j. Has intermediate knowledge of physical and cloud environment pertaining to network architecture

k. Has in-depth knowledge on Switches and Routers (Cisco, FS, Ubiquiti, Etc.)

l. Has in-depth knowledge on Access points, Routing, Network design and architecting

m. Has in-depth knowledge on Firewalls (Fortigate, Palo Alto, Sophos, Cisco, Etc.)
