
Data Science Intern, Sustainable Investment Research

Key Responsibilities
- Work with Data Scientists to perform scientific research into the latest data science methodologies and technologies in the space of sustainable finance.
- Assist with building proof-of-concepts / prototypes using data science techniques directly for LSEG customers
- Work with Data Scientists to locate, clean and wrangle data. Integrate internal and external data sources using API’s.
- Develop and test algorithms with tools like Python, AWS, etc.
**Qualifications**:
- Master’s or Bachelors degree in a highly quantitative field such as computer science, physics, applied mathematics, or engineering.
- Interest in the field of sustainable finance and linking it with Data Science
- Programming experience in Python and its core libraries like NumPy, pandas and scikit-learn and Hands-on experience with ML, Deep Learning, and NLP is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi-cultural global team.
