We are looking for individuals that love to interact with customers and working in a team. A Cafe Retail Associate supports the daily operations of our cafe and store. Note that in this role you may be required to work on weekends and/or public holidays.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service to any customers
- Provide proper product and/or service suggestions to customers
- Man the cashier and process sales
- Assist in making drinks and/or heating up food
- Serve customers - both takeaway and in-store
- Manage stock and take inventory
- Ensure outlet is kept clean and tidy at all times
- Adhere to the company’s standard operating procedures
- Any other duties assigned by the manager or supervisor
- Learn about the company and brand and be confident in answering any questions from the public

Experience and Requirements:

- Experience in F&B and/or Retail operations are required
- Well-groomed
- Experience as a barista is a plus
- This position is hands-on customer focused and as such we require someone with drive, efficiency and assertiveness
- Computer literacy with knowledge of POS systems is a plus
- Only Singaporeans

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,400.00 per month
